Every session is designed to be challenging while also being scalable to your own personal ability. We’re here to help you, not hurt you. While you will be challenged everyday you come, everything you do will be tailored to you and your ability.
Every person is unique but in general the Exercise Physiologist will check on your response from the previous session, take you through some strengthening exercises, some mobility exercises and maybe a short workout. They will assess your progress and assign you work to do outside of sessions.
Your initial session will involve sitting down with an Exercise Physiologist to asses your individual needs and make a plan to get you back on track. Your current ability will also be assessed and you will be taken through your first exercise session.
