remedial massage therapy

Staying loose and flexy

Feel better, move better, live better — with hands-on care guided by Exercise Physiology.

At South West Health Management, our Remedial Massage service is delivered by a clinician who is dual‑qualified as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and Remedial Massage Therapist. That means every session blends evidence‑based manual therapy with movement know‑how, so you don’t just feel good on the table — you keep feeling good when you’re back to real life.

Who this is for?

  • Office neck/shoulder stiffness and postural tension

  • Lower back pain and hip tightness

  • Headaches, jaw/neck tension

  • Sports and gym‑related niggles (calf, hamstring, quads, adductors)

  • Tendinopathies and overuse issues (Achilles, patella, rotator cuff)

  • DOMS and recovery support between training sessions

  • General stress, poor sleep, and nervous system down‑regulation

Not sure whether you need Remedial Massage or Exercise Physiology? We’ll advise at booking and can combine both where needed.
