South West Health Management is teaming up with Exercise and Sport Science Australia to provide an amazing Exercise Experience to Australians aged over 65.
The program will allow people over 65 years of age to access 12 x 1-hour subsidised exercise sessions.
In the Exercise Right for Active Ageing exercise sessions you will participate in group-based activities at a low to moderate intensity. The sessions will include large muscle-group aerobic activities and may include resistance exercises using dumbbells, body weight and/or resistance bands.
All exercise will be planned and conducted by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists and each block with run for 12 weeks.
Over the 12 weeks we aim to help improve strength, stamina, coordination and balance as well as provide social interaction and fun!
